We accept order cancellation within 24 hours you placed your order. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. You have to inform us via this email [email protected] to cancel your order. Cancellation after 24 hours, you would be charged 15% of the order value to cover our order processing cost. We do NOT accept order cancellation request if the order has been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return on products. Customers has the right to apply for return within 14 days after the receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee
If your item arrives damaged or is not working, please contact us for RMA authorization within 7 days of the order being received. After returning the product to the address provided by our support team, we will send you a new item free of charge (we can reimburse you the return shipping cost as well), or you can choose to receive a full refund. 1. Customers must first send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging before we can consider issuing RMA authorization. Please use good lighting, and a close to medium distance, so we can identify and verify the issue(s). Please send the attachments to: [email protected]tacday.com.
2. After we received the returned product and confirmed the product is faulty, the return shipping cost will be refunded based on a valid return receipt. For example if the return shipping fee is 30$ USD, we will refund the same amount of 30$ USD to the customer. If our technical team determines the item is not DOA, we will not compensate the return shipping fee. Refund requests for a return shipping fee without a valid RMA return receipt slip will not be accepted.

Unconditional Refund Guarantee for Unopened & Unused Items
We accept return on Unopened & Unused Items. Customers have the right to apply for return within 7 days after receiving the product.
If for whatever reason you do not want your item within 7 days of receiving it, you may also contact us for a return and refund. Kindly note that in such cases the return shipping fee must be borne by yourself. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened in order to qualify for a product refund.
Note that the returns shipping fee is non-refundable .

Once your return is received and scrutinized, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the update information of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, don’t be nervous, it may take several days for bank or PayPal to process. If you wait for more than 5 business days and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]tacday.com at any time, we will help you through the process.
